Job Description
As a security systems engineer at Unison Integrated Technology Ltd, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of all security systems for public sector and commercial clients. You will work closely with our project managers and customers to ensure high standards of service and installation.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure of security systems, ensuring proper placement and functionality.
- Conduct thorough inspections of sites before installation to determine optimal camera placements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to equipment and installations.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client queries and concerns effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of installations and service visits.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in installation and maintenance.
- Strong technical knowledge of security systems, including CCTV cameras, gate automation, vehicle barriers, and access control systems
- Familiarity with various installation tools and techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Valid UK driving licence.
